First Lady of France, Brigitte Macron wants to file a complaint against those who spread rumors that she is trans
The first lady of France, Brigitte Macron, is about to file a complaint against the authors of the rumors that she is a transgender woman.
This news was shared by the BFM.TV channel, which cites sources from the circle of the French president’s wife.
Rumors that Brigitte was allegedly born a man and “changed sex” began to spread a few days ago on Twitter.

They wrote that Brigitte used to be called Jean-Michel Trogneux (Trogneux is her mother’s maiden name).
In this regard, the Numerama website conducted a small investigation to find out who was the primary source of these rumors and when they first appeared. It turned out that this information appeared in an article in Faits & Documents in September.
Let’s put the rumors aside and turn to the facts.
Brigitte Macron has been the wife of Emmanuel Macron for 14 years. The French president is 24 years younger than his wife – he is now 44 years old.

The acquaintance of the future spouses happened at school, where Brigitte was a teacher of French, and Emmanuelle was her student. The couple have no common children, however, Brigitte has adult children from a previous marriage with the banker Andre-Louis Ozier: Sébastien, Laurence, and Tiphaine, as well as 7 grandchildren.
