Justin Bieber becomes Spotify’s most listened to artist of all time

Justin Bieber has just broken a major record, as he was crowned the artist with most streams on Spotify.

The “What do you mean” singer broke the records with an impressive total of 83.3 million monthly listeners. With those numbers, he has been crowned Spotify’s most-streamed artist of all time.

This new record comes shortly after the release of his latest album ‘Justice’, which was released in March, and his Single with The Kid LAROI stayed in the spot of the billboard’s top 10 for six consecutive weeks.

Coming in second place was The Weeknd which fell behind Beiber with a difference of 8.8million listeners. The Weeknd generated 74.5 million listeners per month, which is equally as impressive.

Ed Sheeran follows behind in third place with 72.4 million listeners, who is also gearing up to release his upcoming new album, while Ariana Grande, who once broke Spotify’s record with an extraordinary 82 million monthly listeners, has now reached 59.8 million listeners. Last year’s top female artist was Billie Eilish, topping the charts with an impressive 49 Million listeners and despite not releasing an album in 2020. the “Bad Guy” singer is still ranked in the top most-streamed female artists on the music app.

It’s easy to say that all these musicians, despite their rankings, are bringing in some huge numbers and listeners per month and we cant wait for them to release even more hits.
