Scarlett Johansson will star in Wes Anderson’s Next Film

Anderson has previously worked with Adrien Brody, Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman, Tilda Swinton, and the Black Widow star which is the latest to join the project but this time he has added A-list newcomers to his list and worked with the legendary director which is the first time also for Margot Robbie, Tom Hanks, and Rupert Friend.

There is not much information about the content of the film, but what we know so far is that it will be a romantic film and has been written and is directed by Wes Anderson himself. Details about the characters have also been kept wrapped along with the title which has not yet been revealed.

The production has already begun filming in Spain and is expected to wrap shooting in late September which is right before the release of Anderson’s latest film, ‘The French Dispatch’, which is said to take the world by storm, in October.

This is the second time Johansson has worked with the iconic director, wherein their first collaboration the actress lent her voice for Auter’s 2018 stop motion animation, Isle of Dogs.

The double Oscar-nominated actress has been making more headlines lately with her recent lawsuit against Disney where it alleges that her contract for her latest and highly anticipated movie, the Black Widow, was breached due to the Marvel movie release date was released on Disney plus.
