The “Euphoria” Creator Presented a New Project Starred The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp

On August 21, 2022, a new trailer for the series “The Idol” was released on the HBO YouTube channel.

“The Idol” is an American musical drama by the creator of the series “Euphoria” Sam Levinson.

The shooting of the six-part series took place in Los Angeles, California, USA. The filming began in November 2021 and finished in March of this year.

The plot of the series tells us about the modern cult leader and part-time owner of the nightclub in Los Angeles (The Weeknd) who enters into a strange relationship with the rising pop star (Lily-Rose Depp).
