SALT BAE Receives Criticism on Social Media for His Restaurant Prices

Famous chef Nusret Gökçe, mostly known as Salt Bae, who has become famous for his branded style of seasoning meat came under criticism on social media for his restaurant prices.

Users on Twitter who saw how much money the man gave for his dinner, could not resist joking and expressed their assumptions why a piece of beef tenderloin was sold at such a price.

The man with the nickname Jamz visited the restaurant of Salt Bae, located at The Park Tower KNIGHTSBRIDGE Hotel.

The man shared the bill for his dinner via Twitter and was shocked at the high prices there.

It seems from the photo, that a dish of onions called “Onion Flower” costs 18 pounds. But most of all, the guest were surprised by the cost of energy drinks.

Despite the fact that Jamz, was most taken back by the cost of Red Bull. Comments drew attention to the price of the “tomahawk” beef steak.

Several of the Twitter comments have come up with their own theories as to why meat costs £630 per serving.

According to the comments, it was cheaper to fly to Turkey then visit one of Salt Bae’s restaurants.
